What to do if my narrations sound distorted?
Narration recording quality issues can be related to the quality of the device’s microphone, the device’s computing power, network interference for the device’s wifi connection, or to background noise that may be impacting the microphone’s noise suppression technology.
We strongly encourage narrators to listen back to their first page of recorded narrations (press the play button), before continuing to record subsequent pages.
Restart the device and try to record on Simbi again. This is often the best solution.
Close tabs or programs that may be using up speed and memory on your device.
Sometimes wired headphones create a better connection over wireless ones.
